    Business Development Executive

    Summary:

    As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) through the sale of our products and services to a diverse client base that includes retail, corporate, high net-worth, and affluent clients. Your responsibilities will encompass building and nurturing client relationships, managing portfolios, offering quality advisory services, proposing innovative solutions, and providing regular market reports to management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive AUM Growth: Work towards increasing Assets Under Management by identifying opportunities and leveraging our product and service offerings.
    • Client Relationship Development: Initiate and cultivate client relationships within identified target markets, ensuring that the companys services align with client needs and expectations.
    • Portfolio Management: Manage clients portfolios effectively, ensuring their financial goals are met, and their investments are optimized.
    • Enhance Customer Experience: Improve the customer experience by providing quality advisory services, valuable product/solution recommendations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Market Insight: Monitor developments in the financial markets and proactively propose innovative solutions to address evolving client needs and expectations.
    • Reporting: Provide regular market reports to the management team to keep them informed about market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services sales, wealth management, financial advisory, or a related field.
    • Education: A bachelors degree or its equivalent in numerate or semi-numerate disciplines.
    • Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of finance, economics, and current developments in the financial industry.
    • Company Understanding: Good understanding of the companys business, values, and mission.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and colleagues.
    • Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision within a hybrid working structure.
    • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence effectively and manage C-suite executives, leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and other key stakeholders.

    Fund Accountant

    Description:

    The Company is part of a diverse Group with business offerings covering financial services, agribusiness and healthcare, and revenues exceeding N27 billion in 2021, including two entities rated investment grade by Agusto & Co. In furtherance of its long-term strategy, the Group is in the process of establishing Africa-focused investment banking and asset management businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fund Accountant to join our team.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Timely preparation of the Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Budget on Monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
    • Analyze monthly financial results and provide insights and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization.
    • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly statutory returns to the various regulators.
    • Manage Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) obligations.
    • Provide quarterly presentations and analysis to the board of directors and shareholders of the Company on the financial performance and future outlook for the Company and its funds.
    • Keep, organize, and maintain all financial records of the Company & its funds.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present financial performance reports to the management and the board of the Company.
    • Ensure the preparation, remittance, and timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax returns.
    • Develop financial reporting templates for newly launched products.
    • Compare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets against actual performance.
    • Prepare weekly liquidity reports and cash flow projections for all entities within your purview.

    Requirements

    • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.
    • Professional Certification in ACCA/ACA is required.
    • The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years’ experience in management, financial, and fund accounting in a SEC regulated Asset Management Firm.

    Job Description

    • Documenting and maintaining adequate employee/ patient records
    • Collecting patient health histories and administering basic medications
    • Periodic monitoring of employees with special medical conditions
    • Take responsibility for the medical care and routine follow-up of employees admitted under your care.
    • Administering medications, wound care, and other treatment options for occupational incidents
    • Performing physical exams and requesting for diagnostic tests
    • Performing procedures such as monitoring of vital signs with necessary follow-up, wound    dressings, IV placement, and providing other assistance needed
    • Provision of first aid in case of accidents and immediate referral to the company-designated hospital if necessary.
    • Performing ABC emergency assessments during medical emergencies
    • Liaising with a company-designated hospital for patient transfer during critical emergencies beyond clinic care.
    • Maintain and document drug inventory and clinic consumables
    • Maintaining a clean and safe environment always
    • Observing and recording patient behavior/ condition
    • Adherence to quality standards and policy
    • Representing the clinic during factory inspection audits from customers and regulatory bodies
    • Counselling employees of healthy living
    • Ongoing accurate assessment of each patient while monitoring their response to treatment
    • Educating patients about treatment plans and the use of prescribed medications
    • Interpreting patient information and making decisions about necessary actions, where appropriate
    • Always maintain strict confidentiality of information on all patients/employees’ medical records
    • Participate in the organization of facilities for continuing education of staff within the resources of the organization.
    • Provide periodic reports of clinic activities to Line Manager
    • Other duties as communicated by your supervisor

    Requirements

    • Must be a Registered Occupational Health Nurse with relevant certification
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years of cogent experience in pre-hospital patient management and onsite emergency response.
    • Associated Certification in Workplace Safety is an added advantage.
    • Must be resident within the same city or willing to relocate.
