The Field Specialist – Coiled Tubing is responsible for leading and executing coiled tubing operations at customer well sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining coiled tubing equipment, supervising field crews, and coordinating with customers and operations teams to achieve successful well intervention and production enhancement objectives.
As a Field Specialist – Coiled Tubing , you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring coiled tubing units, injector heads, reels, and control systems.
- Leading rig-up, pressure testing, job execution, and rig-down activities.
- Monitoring real-time job parameters such as tubing depth, weight, pump rates, and well pressure.
- Performing pre-job inspections, function testing, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensure compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE requirements.
- Recording operational data and prepare accurate job reports for customers.
- Coordinating with the customer, rig crew, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentoring operators and junior personnel while maintaining high operational standards.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of Two year Technical Degree
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on onshore or offshore oilfield service experience in pressure pumping and Coiled Tubing operations
- Experience in oilfield services and nitrogen pumping
- Have strong knowledge of Coiled tubing equipment, Pressure control equipment (BOPs, stripper, lubricator), Nitrogen pumping, Well intervention operations
- Have excellent knowledge of HSE procedures and risk management
- Have an excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

The Field Specialist – Production Enhancement will provide technical expertise and field support for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and services at customer sites.
As a Field Specialist – Production Enhancement , you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with HSE standards. - Coordinate safe and efficient operations by confirming equipment and crew readiness, validating job requirements and calculations, ensuring adherence to the approved program, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and managing any operational deviations through the appropriate approval process.
- Ensure timely post-job reporting, documentation of failures, equipment inspection and maintenance, completion of post-job checks, accurate job ticket processing for invoicing, and coordination of any required repairs to maintain operational readiness and service quality.
- Ensure workforce readiness and operational compliance by validating crew competencies and lifting certifications, submitting required pre- and post-job documentation, and promptly reporting equipment deficiencies and repair needs to the appropriate team

The role supports job execution by performing rig-up/rig-down operations, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and assisting in the delivery of efficient and high-quality coiled tubing services. The Field Specialist Cementing will be responsible and accountable to prepare the cementing packages operations ready for the task assigned. The complexity and nature of the operations assigned to the Field Specialist (Cementing) will depend on the number of years' experience in the field and diverse job experience within the cementing domain. Liaise with the service delivery coordinator, engineering team and AMO Specialist for the smooth functioning of the operations assigned. Also, responsible to prepare forecast of the operations after due diligence with the relevant stake holders. Shall act as a floating Specialist and attend critical cementing jobs on the field based on the operations or client requirement. Field Specialist shall communicate with the service delivery coordinator/technical/engineering support/procurement department/logistics for all resources, including spares that may be needed to maintain the cementing packages in a working serviceable condition and readiness for the job. Shall have complete knowledge (SME) to safely operate service units, other associated equipment and execute to the (approved) program as per company standards on location, with all documentation required completed. Ensure all assigned crew for the Job have required competencies to undertake and safely complete cementing operations.
