Field Operator - Production Enhancement at Baker Hughes

The Field Operator - Production Enhancement is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production enhancement equipment to support safe and efficient oil and gas production.

As a Field Operator - Production Enhancement  , you will be responsible for:

• Conducting equipment inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field installations while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and customers to optimize production performance, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Following established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on wellsite activity, performing basic duties at the wellsite and at the shop.
• Preparing equipment and working knowledge of the Permit to Work system prior to operations commencing. Assist in the preparation of risk assessments.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for both onshore and offshore use. Ensure all applicable quality and operational procedures as identified in Company manuals are always adhered to.
• Ensuring all functions are performed in accordance with Company safety and environmental procedures.
• Ensuring all environmental procedures are always adhered to. Attend Client QHSE meetings.  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of High school diploma or equivalent
• Have general knowledge of basic oil and gas industry. 
• Requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in field operations.
• Possess good mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills with excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
