    Account Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions including income, expenses, and bank dealings.
    • Prepare and process invoices for clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Monitor and reconcile client accounts, vendor accounts, and bank statements regularly.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Track expenditures for facility operations and maintenance contracts to ensure alignment with budget.
    • Ensure timely payment of utilities, vendor invoices, and statutory obligations.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for various facility projects.
    • Maintain documentation for financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Liaise with procurement, site supervisors, and operations teams to validate service and expense claims.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role; must have experience in facilities management.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel).
    • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Facilities Supervisor

    Job Overview

    • We are looking to hire a Female Facilities Supervisor who will assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace, manage and instruct the site workers, set goals for the team, and see projects through to completion.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and support of residential and commercial buildings, grounds and facilities systems including WTP and STP.
    • Assign work and monitor its performance within shifts or sites to ensure that all contract requirements are met; that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met.
    • Supervise quality control functions which require regular written on-site inspections conducted with employees, clients and/or vendors.
    • Oversee and manage Site Coordinators' activities
    • Maintain efficient and smooth operations at all sites.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management / Estate Management / Social Sciences / Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
    • A Master’s Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant professional qualifications like PMP, QAQC, HSE etc. will also be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 7 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
    • Must have time and project management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
    • Experience in managing residential apartments.
    • Must have technical knowledge of facilities and must be IT savvy.

    Facilities Coordinator

    Job Overview

    • We are looking to employ a Facilities Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
    • This role manages the staff and activities at the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the progress of all site activities
    • Review daily site work and suggest any improvement measures
    • Ensure project completion as per the set timeline
    • Translate blueprints into plans
    • Coordinate and supervise all workers
    • Provide schedules for workers
    • Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
    • Maintain safety and quality standards
    • Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
    • Ensure all equipment are in working order and good condition
    • Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
    • A minimum of 4 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
    • A professional qualification is an added advantage.

    Requirements

    • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Good reporting skills
    • Budget and scheduling management experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
