    Marketing and Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with skincare experience to join our team.
    • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our customer base. Your in-depth knowledge of skincare products, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs will be crucial in achieving sales targets and promoting our brand.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of Medas Botanics skincare products.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare solutions based on their requirements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales and promotional activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
    • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and provide insights for improvement.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
    • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the skincare industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
    • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to recommend suitable skincare solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.
    • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Availability for travel as required.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N80,000 monthly

    Marketer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketer to join our team. As a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our botanical products to customers in designated geographic areas.
    • You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving product adoption, and achieving sales targets.
    • This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a field-based role.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Medas Botanics' botanical products in the assigned territory.
    • Identify target markets and customer segments, and create tailored marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and wellness centers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers about the features, benefits, and usage of Medas Botanics' products.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, sales sheets, and promotional materials.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Medas Botanics and generate leads.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, product knowledge, and emerging trends in botanical products.

    Qualifications

    • SSCE or HND.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the botanical products or wellness industry.
    • Strong understanding of botanical products, their benefits, and customer preferences.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    • Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to botanical products is a plus.

    Salary: N40,000 - N50,000 monthly
