Job Description

• You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements and skills

• BS/HND degree in business administration or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the tomato paste, Mayonnaise, and cooking oil industry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Description

• The successful candidate must be able to use his military or force services experience to assist in the company’s mode of operandi.

Responsibilities

• Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and policies.
• Handles and control security in other branches and sectors of the company.
• Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for our company, and managing the security of our physical and digital assets.
• Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
• Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
• Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
• Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
• Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
• Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.

Requirements

• A Degree in Safety Management, Information Technology Systems, or a similar field or a former security agent who has worked in the Police or armed forces sector.
• Minimum 8 -10 years' experience working as a security manager.
• Be able to handle and coordinate security issues in other sectors of the company
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
• Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws
