    Assistant Maintenance Manager (Packaging Industry)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Officer/Assistant Manager with years of experience, preferably in the packaging industry, in Sagamu.
    • The ideal candidate should have a solid background in mechanical maintenance, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machinery.

    Responsibilities

    • Independently handle mechanical breakdowns and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
    • Perform root cause analysis (Why-Why analysis) for recurring issues.
    • Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.
    • Manage and optimize inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

    Qualifications

    • HND in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Proven experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.

    Plant Manager (FMCG Industry)

    Job Description

    • The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the factory, ensuring production efficiency, cost control, safety, and the effective management of human and material resources.
    • This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence and aligning production goals with company objectives, including cost control, productivity, and quality management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Achieve and monitor budgeted production efficiency for all production lines.
    • Ensure that monthly production volumes meet sales requirements.
    • Oversee Raw Material/Packaging Material (RMPM) consumption to minimize waste.
    • Control cost per pack across multiple factories and manage factory overhead costs.
    • Regularly track production costs in collaboration with the Production Accountant and streamline cost control measures.
    • Ensure high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety in collaboration with the GMP/Food Safety Leader.
    • Conduct weekly reviews and generate progress reports on GMP and food safety improvements.
    • Work closely with the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Leader to drive practical improvements in production.
    • Monitor OEE progress and generate monthly reports for continuous improvement.
    • Serve as the 5S leader for production, implementing and improving the 5S management system across the production floors.
    • Conduct regular assessments and submit monthly reports on the progress of the 5S program.
    • Manage multiple production lines and align functional teams for optimal performance.
    • Ensure alignment with global standards in manufacturing costs, lead times, inventory controls, and yield management.
    • Provide strong leadership to ensure maximum performance of plant and functional teams.
    • Lead food safety auditing activities and implement standardized food safety procedures.
    • Promote a strong food safety culture across the organization, ensuring staff training and compliance with safety protocols.
    • Ensure proper monthly RMPM closing for factory operations in collaboration with other plant managers.
    • Develop and coach downline management to drive improvements in manufacturing excellence.
    • Plan and empower the workforce to assume higher responsibilities.
    • Manage all aspects of production, including manpower and facilities within the factory.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Production Manager (SPM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) on operational excellence.

    Job Qualifications and Skills

    • B.Tech / B.Sc. in Technology Engineering.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Plant Manager in the FMCG Industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of GMP, GHK, TPM, lean manufacturing, machine operation, and maintenance.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Ability to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for production.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
    • Teamwork: Strong team-building skills and ability to foster a culture of collaboration.

    Printing Operator

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a talented Printing Operator with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in printing processes and modeling skills, enabling them to produce high-quality printed materials and prototypes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM, SLA, and other types) to ensure smooth operation and high-quality production of 3D-printed parts.

    • Post-process printed items, including sanding, polishing, and cleaning resin prints to meet quality standards.

    • Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and specifications, ensuring all models and printed materials meet quality expectations.
    • Set up and manage printing jobs by interpreting job orders, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring proper material usage.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing and modeling equipment to minimize downtime.

    Qualifications

    • OND / HND / B.Sc or equivalent; technical degree or certification in printing technology, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
    • 2 - 5 years of experience as a printing technician or modeler, with hands-on experience in both areas.
    • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting 3D printing equipment and modeling software (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling).
    • Strong understanding of various printing processes and technologies, including color management and print finishing techniques.
    • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
