    Logistic Manager

    Bookkeeper

    Responsibilities
    A Bookkeeper's responsibilities in Agro Market Square include:

    • Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately recording and categorising financial transactions, such as income, expenses, and payments.
    • Managing Accounts: Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
    • Invoicing and Billing: Preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
    • Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
    • Data Entry: Entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
    • Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
    • Compliance: Ensuring financial records comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
    • Financial Organisation: Maintaining organised and up-to-date financial records and documents.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND / B.Agric / B.Sc with 2 - 5 years work experience.
