    Accountant / Re-Financing / Liquidity Manager

    Main Tasks
    Prepare long-term and short-term projections and forecasts for the bank(Annual Budget, 5 years business plan etc)
    Managing refinancing and funding sources
    Development and management of liquidity management tools
    Establish and manage branch budgetary controls performance and reviews
    Preparation of branch business plan and feasibility report for branch expansion.
    Preparation of monthly management accounts and other financials.
    Review and approve all reconciliation and schedules such as bank statements, schedule of accrued charges, prepayments etc.

    Necessary Requirements and Experience
    Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc/HND in Accounting /Finance/Economics.
    Must be ACA, ACCA certified or any relevant professional qualification.
    Minimum of 4 years of professional-post certification (ICAN, ACCA etc)experience in related field.
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
    Relevant/similar Experience in a financial institution.
    Good Knowledge of IFRS.
    Strong accuracy and analytical skills.
    Strong ability to make projections and forecasts.
    Strong liquidity/refinancing management skills.
    Excellent communication and organization skills. Applicant must possess integrity and honesty.

    Junior Accounting Officer

    Main Tasks
    Responsible for the daily and monthly reconciliation of all correspondence bank accounts.
    Responsible for the daily check and follow up of all clients account with respective correspondence banks.
    Analyzing of branch and head office petty cash expenses.
    Posting head office petty cash to the excel sheet and posting into the appropriate account head in software.
    Responsible for weekly and monthly instrument posting into the software.
    Preparation of WHT tax schedule for both Lagos and Federal tax authorities.
    Filling of staff ETCC Tax form and follow up on staff ETCC Form.

    Necessary Requirements and Experience
    Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc./HND in Accounting
    Minimum of 3 years-post (NYSC) experience in related field.
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
    Relevant Experience in related field.
    Strong accuracy and analytical skills.
    Excellent communication and organization skills.

    HR Officer (Payroll)

    Main Tasks
    Maintains payroll information by designing systems: directing the collection. calculation, and entering of data.
    Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/division transfers,
    Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
    Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
    Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
    Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Necessary Requirements and Experience
    B.Sc./HND degree (especially in MIS, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics or any other related field).
    Cognate work experience in Payroll administration or a related job would be an added advantage
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Ms EXCEL.
    Data Entry Management.
    Good Reporting Skills.
    Strong Numerical & Analytical skills.
    Very attentive to details; highly accurate and thorough.
    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
