JOB LOCATION: Port Harcourt

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Ability to generate high sales and manage cold calls as appropriate within the geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and must have contacts with the IOC's
• Research and build relationships with new clients and must be have experience dealing with NAPIMS, NIPEX.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Min of 3-5 years’ cognate experience in the Oil and Gas Sector as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
• Experience in bid tendering
• Must be resident of Port Harcourt

Our client a reputable oil and gas company is looking to fill the role of a TENDER ENGINEER (OIL & GAS)

Job Location: Port Harcourt

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and deliver quality technical bids and commercial offer in line with call for tender instructions and internal rules and procedures.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and must have contacts with the IOC's
• To ensure regular follow-up of the proposal with the Client, and liaise with the relevant Service Line Manager for further action.
• To Participate in Negotiation of contracts up to final signature of customers
• To review thoroughly and understand all contract requirements, and to clarify the scope of delivery.
• To monitor progress, optimize schedule, report and act on any deficiency.
• To liaise with client on regular basis, negotiate project change orders and handle customer complaints.
• To initiate and approve invoices to clients, to provide all necessary supporting documents & progress reports (when applicable)
• Prepares calls for bid and issues these to sub-contractors invited to tender for work to be carried out.

Qualification

• Min of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Physics
• Min of 3-5 years of cognate experience as TENDER ENGINEER in an oil and gas company
• Must be a resident of Port Harcourt

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos
Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge in recruitment process (job adverts, resumes screening, shortlisting candidates for interviews, preparing job descriptions)
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Coordinate with training centers for employee development and follow up until receiving training certificates.
• Monitor the time, attendance and leaves.
• Monitor the manpower movement (new joiners, leavers, transfers, etc).
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Monitor Staff performance.
• Review the employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Work closely with various departments, assist department heads to understand and implement policies procedures.Communicates with HMO for quality medical services.
