    Junior Engineer

    Job Purpose

    • To support the engineering and technical execution of oil and gas projects by assisting in planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of assigned scopes in line with safety, quality, regulatory, and commercial standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, schedule, and monitor assigned engineering and project activities.
    • Support project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
    • Interpret client technical requirements and ensure alignment with project specifications.
    • Identify engineering challenges and support implementation of practical solutions.
    • Review technical drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Liaise with procurement, operations, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor field activities and ensure equipment and installations meet required standards.
    • Track project performance metrics and prepare periodic technical reports.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
    • Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and technical evaluations

    Job Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering from a reputable institution.
    • Project management training or certification is an added advantage.

    Experience

    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
    • Exposure to upstream or midstream project environments is preferred.

    Technical Competencies

    • Understanding of oil and gas operations and project lifecycle.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings including P and ID, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings.
    • Familiarity with project scheduling and reporting tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or related engineering software is an advantage.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation

    • Identify, qualify, and convert high-margin opportunities across upstream and midstream operations.
    • Drive early-stage opportunity identification through market intelligence, industry engagement, and stakeholder mapping.
    • Lead commercial positioning strategies for major tenders and long-term service agreements.

    Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders including: NAPIMS, NIPEX, NCDMB, PETAN.
    • Ensure alignment with local content regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical forums, and strategic networking events.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and manage strategic accounts within IOC and indigenous operator networks.
    • Translate client operational needs into value-driven technical and commercial solutions.
    • Drive account retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development.
    • Monitor live contracts and advise clients proactively to strengthen relationship equity.

    Market Intelligence & Positioning

    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities.
    • Develop partnership strategies to enhance service offerings and competitive advantage.
    • Provide periodic revenue forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive-level BD insights.

    Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
    • MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas sector.
    • Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value upstream/midstream contracts.
    • Strong industry network within IOCs and indigenous operators.

    Core Competencies

    • Deep understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards, contracting models, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian local content requirements.
    • Expertise in bid strategy, tender preparation, and contract negotiation.
    • Commercial acumen and financial modeling capability.
    • Executive-level presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability.
