    Admin Officer

    Job Summary:

    • A highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support to our team.
    • The successful candidate will manage office operations, maintain accurate records, handle petty cash, monitor company resources, ensure a smooth working environment, and support HR functions.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    Procurement and Inventory Management

    • Purchase and maintain adequate stock levels of stationery, office supplies, and other materials.
    • Monitor and record usage to ensure optimal levels.
    • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate prices when necessary.
    • Ensure timely delivery of ordered items.

    Petty Cash Management

    Senior CAMO Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensuring advance planning of all required maintenance on aircraft or aircraft components so as to ensure that all maintenance is accomplished within the intervals specified in the approved maintenance programme.
    • Liaison with appropriate departments to make aircraft required for maintenance available at the appropriate time.
    • Notifying the appropriate departments of aircraft or component maintenance requirement well in advance to facilitate planning for the necessary equipment and manpower resources.
    • Prepares work scopes/package for heavy maintenance checks/inspections called up in the process of the implementation of approved maintenance programme and advising the Store officer as to provide the spare parts requirement for upcoming inspections.
    • Reviews applicable ADS, SBs and other technical documents for implementation
    • Maintaining a correct computerized aircraft and component maintenance status.
    • Maintaining a correct computerized Engines and APU LLP status.
    • Ensure complete and correct updating of the Aircraft, Engine and APU logbooks.
    • Maintaining a correct status of compliance for all accomplished airworthiness directives and manufacturers' service bulletins or letters.
    • Ensures that the revision status of the manual/documents agrees with that of the manufacturers and vendors.
    • Prepare aircraft documents for NCAA C of A renewals when due.
    • Issues a weekly forecast of required maintenance activities rolling on a monthly cycle and also issues a quarterly and yearly maintenance schedule to all concerned

    Minimum Qualification:

    CAMO Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Recording and preservation of pertinent data on aircraft and components
    • To open all job cards and close them on receipt of all completed paperwork.
    • To call up time expired items and all mandatory inspections due.
    • To compile an accurate and complete work pack for each inspection check.
    • To check work pack returned against record for completeness and for proper certification and retain in the relevant aircraft files.
    • To maintain an alerting system for life limited components and for recurring inspections.
    • Liase with technical records to ensure the systematic filing of the aircraft technical log and worksheet and proper arrangements of the files to make location of documents easy as well processing the information contained in the aircraft technical log and completed worksheets into the Aircraft, Engine and Propeller logbooks as appropriate
    • The daily update of the Inspection Status board and the distribution of the same to the designated management staff when required.
    • Prepares components repair orders as applicable.
    • Frequent visit of FAA and ANAC websites for released applicable ADS and OEM websites for applicable SBS and other technical documents.
    • Prepares job cards for maintenance inspections called up as forecasted in the weekly forecast cycle.

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Degree in Engineering/Sciences/Arts or equivalent (Degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics would be an added advantage)
    • At least 3 years as an CAMO/Planning/Technical records officer in an Airline/AMO

    Boeing 737-800 B1 & B2 Engineers

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance, repair, modification and certification of Boeing 757 NG aircraft and related components, making sure that they meet the regulatory requirements and standards.
    • Assign and carry out inspections, repair, replacements, and modifications to the aircraft and related systems, while assuring the tasks are performed to company standards and targets.
    • Manage the team of Technicians and review work procedures and standards to ensure effectiveness.
    • To supervise a maintenance team, perform inspections and certify maintenance work carried out on company/third party aircraft in line with regulatory requirements and company standards to uphold high safety standards and scheduling integrity
    • Liaise with the CAMO, MCC, and contracted MRO's as necessary. To perform and issue all necessary maintenance records and reports (CRS, Technical Log Book, Technical Delay Reports, Daily Status). To ensure that aircrafts are maintained in accordance with up- to-date aircraft manuals and MOE.
    • To use necessary tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance and ensure that all tools and equipment are serviceable and calibrated.
    • To ensure that all parts are serviceable and effective which are used on the aircraft.
    • To order necessary components and consumable parts which are used for repairs, defect rectification and scheduled maintenance checks. .To join flights for trouble shooting and inflight inspections of aircraftsystem failures in case of need.
    • Perform both line and base maintenance tasks, inspections and rectifications.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Assign, carry out and certify inspections, repair, components replacement company approval in accordance with standard operating procedures.
    • Allocation and supervision of tasks and activities assigned to Junior Engineers and technician.
    • Communicate with internal/external customers to give and receive information on assigned duties, progress status.
    • Make decision on resources allocation and team tasks in line with standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure tasks are performed to meet company standards and targets.
    • Review work procedures and standards and propose improvements to procedures to ensure effectiveness.
    • Identify and request the required aircraft parts.
    • Report incidents/accident occurrences as per company procedures
    • Ensure that maintenance tasks are recorded accurately & signed for to maintain correct & up to date aircraft history /data.
    • Adhere to the company safety, health and environmental policy.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS

    • Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/ Aeronautical/Instrumentation).
    • At least 5 years aircraft maintenance experience, 3 of them performing and certifying maintenance tasks on B737NG Aircraft.
    • Valid NCAA AME License (BI/B2) with B737NG Aircraft / CFM56 Engines
    • Endorsement or equivalent.
    • In-depth knowledge on aircraft systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Legislation/Regulations.
    • Proficiency in computer applications and MRO system.
    • Ability to interpret technical data.
    • Inspection and troubleshooting technique.
    • Supervisory skills
    • Good Knowledge of Industrial Safety Standards
