Job Description:

• Interacts with physicians, nurses, department managers, supervisors, and occupational health and other professional/non-professional staff members to provide resource information, resolve infection control problems, and identify new opportunities to improve sales of infection control products.
• Directs and assists in preparing reports and statistical data for the infection control committee, medical staff committees in the hospital
• Develops and coordinates the infection prevention and control program throughout the facility
• Must have good sales skill

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in nursing
• Two to Three years of experience in hospital setting or disease surveillance in public health setting.

Job Description

• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues
• Work occasional evenings and weekends
•  Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned route
• Must possess valid driver’s licence

Job Description

• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
• Meets with other departments to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
• Updates all contact information for clients
• Exerts attention to detail on customer’s order

Requirements:

• Must speak fluent French Language.
• One to Two years’ experience of customer service/sales support
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel
• Good communication skills
