REQUIREMENTS
B Sc or HND in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences and Food Science & Technology or Engineering
Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in a Food Manufacturing/Processing industry
Responsible for leading engineering and maintenance operations to ensure asset reliability, plant efficiency, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Also drives maintenance programs, capital projects, and process optimization while developing high-performing teams and leveraging data to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
REQUIREMENTS
HND or BSc. equivalent in engineering or a related field
Minimum of 10 Years experience in engineering and maintenance roles within FMCG or food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across UAC Foods plants by implementing TPM and Lean strategies, optimizing processes, and reducing waste and defects, while leading continuous improvement initiatives and bridging workforce capability gaps.
REQUIREMENTS
BSc or HND (Engineering, Food Science, or related Sciences).
Minimum of 7 years managerial experience in beverage manufacturing sector or other FMCGs.
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal the company's physical assets and performance of infrastructure.
This role manages capital improvement projects from planning to execution, oversees the maintenance of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural), drives continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory ensures compliance, and leads a team of technicians to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable facility operations.
