    Account Associate

    Location: Lekki Ajah/VGC, Lagos State (Proximity to Lekki Ajah is key)
    Salary: Negotiable

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Accountant who combines excellent leadership and analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles as well as in-depth understanding of QuickBooks accounting software package.

    • Ensure all payment of statutory remittance in a timely manner
    • Preparation of salary and ensure disbursement on due date
    • Monitor timely submission of Invoices
    • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
    • Check figures, postings, and documents for proper and correct entry.
    • Assist with annual audit preparations.
    • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payables and receivables
    • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
    • Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports for management review
    • Follow all company policies and procedures as well as maintaining confidentiality of company\\\'s information.
    • Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
    • Perform other accounting duties and supporting team members as required or assigned

    General Requirements

    • BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
    • Minimum of 3 + years of proven accounting experience. (Relevant certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CMA are preferred)
    • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks accounting software package.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
    • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax laws
    • Excellent leadership, effective communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to pay attention to details and good analytical skills

    Facility Manager

    Location: Lekki/Ajah, Lagos State (Proximity to Lekki Ajah axis is key)

    Responsibilities

    Vendor Management and Communications

    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
    • Coordinate and manage vendor activities, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings and optimize service levels.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless facility operations.

    Facility and Assets Management

    • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
    • Manage facility projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

    Procurement Responsibilities

    • Source and procure goods, services, and equipment necessary for facility operations, maintenance, and projects.
    • Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop specifications.
    • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital and operational expenditures.
    • Analyze facility performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective facility support.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure facility readiness.
    • Perform additional administrative and executive support responsibilities to members of the management.

    General Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Studies, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in facility management, administration, or a related technical field.
    • Proven experience in vendor management, facility operations, and procurement.
    • Strong technical knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and other relevant tools is an added advantage.
    • Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP) or a related field is an asset.
