Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company customer base
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts and keeping company innovative and competitive
• Present sales, revenue, expense reports and annual forecasts to the management team/upper management.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Qualification

• Minimum 15 to 25 years’ experience of Sales & Marketing functions
• Experience of heading multi brand/product sales portfolio preferably at national level in a big Company with proven track record of achievements.
• Experience of developing sales strategies, new markets, distribution network, setting up new outlets, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pick up according to schedules
• Update the Dispatch records accordingly
• Adhere to given SOP's
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

Qualification

• At least 3 years relevant experience working at a Food & Beverage or Appliances & Electronics Warehouse.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Good Use of ERP.
• Excellent understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Update the BINs / Dispatch Records accordingly
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

• Follow cGWP/ Regulatory rules / guidelines

Qualification

• ND/ HND in any field of study
• 1 to 3 years’ experience, preferably working at a Warehouse for Food & Beverages or Appliances & Electronics
• Basic proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Basic understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Cash and receipts application plus credit note applications
• Collation of billing information
• Management of receivables from customers via: cash, cheque, direct payment and ensure proper invoicing
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)

Qualification

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Officer
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• Knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
