    Group Head of Operations

    Details:

    • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
    • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
    • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
    • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
    • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
    • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
    • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
    • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
    • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
    • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

    Requirements

    • 8-10 years proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and people skills
    • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
    • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.

    Access Control Officer

    Details:

    • Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
    • Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
    • Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections.
    • Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry,restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during start and end of business hours.

    Project Officer

    Details:

    • Develop and manage budget for each project working with program manager, meeting manager and meeting planner.
    •  Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among company team members.
    • Maintain project calendar and milestones.
    • Establish quantitative staffing model used by foundation strategy leaders to describe staffing resource level to execute strategies given their specific execution choices.
    • Develop an insightful analytical tool used by strategy owners to inform resource requests, execution decisions, strategy choices and potential tradeoff needs.
    • Assist in foundation leadership to adapt analytical approach to establish resource need and thoroughly examine alternative execution choices.

    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    • 3-5 Years Proven work experience as an Project Officer, or similar role.
    • Solid knowledge of project Management
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organization skills.
    • BSC/HND; additional qualifications in Project Management is a plus.
