    Workshop Supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Plan and manage the maintenance and servicing of the fleet, ensuring vehicles comply with all statutory regulations;

     REGULATION OF THE COMPANY

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

    • Ensuring all the staff members in the workshop are completing work in a safe and efficient manner in line with company standards
    • Schedule and plan vehicle & plant scheduled maintenance and testing, ensuring a twelve month projected programme, and all on-going repair work.
    • Responsible for organisation,save guiding, control and optimum utilization of plant, materials and ancillary resources within the workshop.
    • Prepare and submit estimates for maintenance repair work in accordance with set procedures.
    • Ensure that maintenance and repair work meets standard requirements and professional standards are continually deployed in the workshop and that all Transport Services policies and objectives are met
    • Responsible for the effective and efficient management, organisation and control of the workshop and all associated plant and equipment
    • Know and optimise the level and value of stock holding and ensure that the potential for incurring obsolete stock is minimised
    • Ensure that all workshop plant, equipment and tools are subject to regular inspections so they are safe and legally compliant

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: OND

    Mechanic

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Repair And Maintain all Equipment and Keep Safety Rules and also to be available at all time to carry out duty when the need arises 

     REGULATION OF THE COMPANY

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

    • Carry Out Maintenance  Of All Equipment
    • Perform diagnostic test for routine maintenance procedures
    • Ensure Equipment Are Serviced As at When Due
    • To determine a course of action for damaged parts and system
    • Carry Out Preventive Maintenance To Avoid Unnecessary Breakdown
    • Repair malfunctioning components, retrofit engines, change brakes, adjust steering system, replace worn-out parts and change hydraulic fluids.
    • Ensure Quick Response To Any Breakdown To Avoid Delay During Operations
    • To repair vehicles and moke routine maintenance checks to ensure that vehicles are running.

    Logistics Officer

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for tallying and supervising reception of cargo/goods and its movement from and to the terminal/warehouse.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

    •  Carry out packing, crating, and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment
    • Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
    • Oversee customer based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
    • Provide a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators
    • Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered

    Accountant

    POSITION SUMMARY: Recording  all payments made and daily update on expense form, collection and ensuring all invoice and receipt tally with the actual amount paid including updating cost report.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

    • Implementing financial complain/request of all staff and act accordingly.
    •  Implementing financial gain or punishment on the affected party
    • Apply for payment of specific expenditure.
    • Collection and ensuring all invoice tally with the actual amount paid.
    • Receiving of waybills from drivers on arrival at the yard(this is done to ensure that the road expenses paid matches the relevant trip)
    • Daily reconciliation of cash and bank balance.
    • Apply for reimbursement/loan when needed.
    • Ensure prompt payment of all payment request.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: B.Sc, ICAN, ACCA.

    EDUCATION:

    B.Sc, ICAN, ACCA.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Ensuring compliance with deadlines by following up with data entry and review.Monthly audit of accounting activities.

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

    • Proficient in Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, Power-point)
    • Good Interpersonal relationship, Ability to work with little or no supervision, Administrative writing skills
