    Instrument Maintenance Technician II

    Main Functions

    • Installs and maintains instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices.
    • Tests and repairs instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality.
    • Evaluates instruments to establish plans for repair. Documents and verifies problems and actions taken.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment.
    • Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups.
    • Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices.
    • Is responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
    • Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
    • Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
    • Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
    • Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
    • Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training, materials, and others) with co-workers
    • Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
    • Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting on company's instrument systems
    • Is able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections.
    • Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommend upgrades as necessary
    • Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed

    Educational Qualification and Experience

    • Associates Degree preferably enhanced by related technical school courses with 7-14 years experience
    • Experience in maintaining Instruments and Controls in processing plant or offshore production plant

    Contract Administrator

    Main Functions

    • Ensure Contractors work in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
    • Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders that support contract services for production work in compliance with corporate controls and best practices.
    • Track progress, and support Supervisors with coordinating Contractor’s compliance regarding company systems and controls. Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts.
    • Ensure contract payments are executed accurately and anomalies are identified.
    • Ensure payments are made to Contractors in accordance with requirements of Company agreements held with Contracts in a timely manner.
    • Advise on contract risks and support the stewardship of gap closure and opportunities for improvement, assisting with prioritization where required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create Service Entries and amend Service Requests for Production Operations contract services providers that exist on Company’s SAP system.
    • Liaise with Contractor Representatives on a daily basis to address issues that may arise from the placement and amendment of purchase orders and the payment of invoices for work executed against those purchase orders.
    • Foster positive, constructive relations and dialogue between Contractor and Company representatives, as well as assist in facilitating resolution to issues or problem-solving.
    • Ensure sound systems are in place by Field Supervisor:
      • Maintain critical contractual documentation, including SOA’s, Purchase Orders, Records of Meetings and decisions.
      • Monitor the expiration dates of contracts o Monitor and analyze the spend of contracts
      • Monitor the status of Invoice receipt and payment.
      • Ensure contract costs are allocated to correct cost centers or end users.
      • Accurate records of Agreement Numbers, Purchase order numbers and Contract Owners/Admin.
    • Ensure effective contract administration through records management, advice and compliance with procurement, controls and business requirements.
    • Provide Production Department support to Accounts Payable as required.
    • Help direct Contractors to in-house and external resources that can assist in achieving compliance and safe work practices (e.g., training opportunities, Subject matter experts that can assist).
    • Work with Contract Administrator to identify performance and efficiency improvement opportunities in contracts, including arranging performance reviews and meetings to identify opportunities.
    • Perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries, near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others’ working places if witnessed
    • Promptly flag with Supervisors any observed or potential controls gaps or non-compliances with Company policies.
    • Report contractor compliance with all applicable Company standards.
    • Ensure Company’s Procurement and Financial processes are adhered to.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree 7 -10 years’ experience with Contract administration, with service-contractor environments preferred.

    • Experience of using SAP (or other) computerized maintenance management tools.

    • Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting.

    Field Operator II

    Main Function

    • Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration

    Task and Responsibilities

    • Responsible to implement on daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security
    • Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings
    • Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions

    Maintenance Planner / Scheduler III

    Job Description

    • Develops detail job plans for mechanical resources according to turnaround schedules and work lists.
    • Develops field execution work planning packages for mechanical resources engaged in repairs and construction of fixed equipment, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, analyzers, and other related equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • In addition to all Level I and II tasks and responsibilities, Level III:
    • Perform work activities efficiently while continuously looking for cost-saving opportunities
    • Develops detailed job plans that include the following steps, durations, material, and equipment needs and cost estimates:
    • Resource requirements

    • Coordinate planning resources in accordance with turnaround specifications, cost estimates, schedules, safety requirement, quality requirements, various procedures, standards, practices, etc.
    • Work with the Scheduler and execution to provide general coordination and monitor the progress of turnaround activities per the job plans and worklists
    • Coordinate multi-craft job plans with other craft specific planners
    • Update plans with any approved change orders and develops new plans that arise during the turnaround as requested by ExxonMobil

    Qualifications

    Machinery Engineer / Specialist - Offshore

    Main Functions

    • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor's locations
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design
    • Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
    • Broad knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist III

    Main Function

    • The Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist is accountable for the engineering activity covering planning, program generation and execution of completion operations within the wells team. Owns the Systems Completion Process.

    Task and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Provide overall Systems Completion leadership and expertise, including all matters related to commissioning and turnover/systems acceptance. Also, provides engineering definition and planning to support mechanical completion.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering with 8-15 years experience
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good supervisory skills and ability to work within a team
    • Project Systems Completion/commissioning experience with offshore facilities.
    • Worldwide experience with Contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities
    • Prior experience interfacing with Offshore Operational department.
