    Marketing Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION 

    • Conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
    •  Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or the overall brand. 
    • Developing engaging and persuasive content for various channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
    •  Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
    •  Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
    • Planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, or product launches.
    • Developing strategies to engage and retain customers through loyalty programs or targeted communications.

    QUALIFICATION

    • BSC/HND in business administration/marketing
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong understanding of physical and digital marketing principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills

    Sales Team Lead

    JOB DESCRIPTION 

    • Manage existing Sales Personnel/Marketers 
    • Manage entire Sales pipeline and channels 
    • Act as Sales Team Coach 
    • Monitor Sales performance, set targets etc. and help team excel 
    • Onboard and Train Sales Staff 
    • Interpret Sales performance Matrix using inventory turnover and other indicators 
    • Act as advisory to Management on sales related metrics and data e.g competitive pricing, Market Projection and Trends. 

    QUALIFICATION

    • Applicants should have a BSc or HND in business administration/managment,Enterprenuership.
    • Applicants should have experience as a sales team lead.
    • Strong Leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to create and understand Sales Metrics.
    • Strong knowledge and use of CRM.
    • Fluent in Computer use and office related software applications.
