    Head of Engineering

    The head of engineering is saddled with the responsibility of leading the engineering department of PATRICIA; from hiring and training new team members to managing tech projects and preparing the budget of the team. He or she will have both a strategic and a technical role inside the company. The strategic aspect includes setting goals for the team, hiring engineers and prioritizing projects. The technical aspect is about getting actively involved in developing new products, identifying requirements and setting timelines.

    HEAD OF ENGINEERING JOB EXPECTATIONS

    • Implementing best practice engineering methods Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements Ensure compliance with security regulations Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget Design strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resources

    Product Manager

    The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, marketing and Customer support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.     Financial Analyst

    JOB SUMMARY
    The Financial Analyst will be in charge of providing accurate and data based information on PATRICIA's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. He or she will research and analyze financial information to help the business make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.
    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Working closely with the CFO to create detailed financial budgets, business plans and forecasts.
    •  Development of business reporting dashboards.
    • Assist the CFO to monitor, track and report operational costs.
    • Work with the wider finance group to develop & manage financial reporting activities and KPI's which provide consistency across business units;
    • Assist with month end, quarter end and year end activity as appropriate.
    •  Financial evaluations & other ad-hoc analysis.
    •  Participation in company training programmes and knowledge sharing session.

    REQUIREMENTS

    •  Experienced with relevant professional qualification or membership such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
    •  Minimum of 3 years of strong technical experience in financial accounting.
    •  FP&A, Investment Analysis or Corporate management accounting experience required.
    •  Excellent in problem-solving, analytical and administrative skills.
    •  Practical, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

    Head of Compliance

    JOB SUMMARY
    Our Head of Compliance will ensure that Patricia is in compliance with various regulatory requirements and is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the organisation and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct compliance assessment and stress testing to critically examine how compliance is supported within the Patricia ecosystem. A top-down approach, starting with how the board and its committees oversee compliance-related issues and interact with management will be adopted.
    • Kickstart compliance optimization by instituting recommendations from stress test reviews tailored to fit Patricia's culture, industry, and regulatory footprint.
    • Investigate and remediate compliance breaches in a timely and effective manner. This effort extends to the extent of the violation, how it occurred, and recommended steps to address regulatory disclosures, investor and reputational concerns and other issues.
    • Administration of user rights for all company core application.
    • Identify and provide process improvement opportunities and perform control advisory services.
    • Handle all company confidential matters and other secretariat duties as assigned by senior management
    • Ensure adequate training and awareness on AML/CFT for all Staff
    • Liaise with Law Enforcement and other regulators on all issues relating Patricia Technologies. This should be in close collaboration with the Legal advisor.
    • Responsible for establishing and setting the tone of compliance throughout the organization
    • Recommend the initiation of investigative procedures in response to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct
    • Carry out periodic evaluation of the compliance Programs and make appropriate changes and improvements
    • Consider all risk assessment reports of new products, businesses and partnerships and advise the Management accordingly.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field. Master's degree is not a prerequisite but an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Compliance in a Finance/Tech-related Company
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Fintech Industries
    • Experience in Fraud Risk management, Transaction Monitoring/ Reporting
    • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
