    Applications Architect / Lead

    Your Role:

    • Adapts existing methods to create best solutions to solve complex business problems
    • Understands the strategic requirements and direction of the Clients and offer Solutions. 
    • Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems
    • Interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Oracle
    • Hands-On Application Implementation experience (perform CRPs, Requirement Gathering, Requirement Mapping, Requirement Gap Analysis, Set up/Configuration of modules, Testing, Training, Data Conversion, Documentation and Support) 

    Specific responsibilities may include:

    • Support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of initiatives and aligning with Clients business strategy.
    • Work with management team by doing the following:
    • Supporting management in implementing end-to-end Cloud ERPM and Enterprise Value business solutions for our clients
    • Helping develop approach to implement digital technology and Projects applications to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Provide support to management on business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Oracle clients
    • Support development of the Oracles IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
    • Maintain an understanding of and continuously learn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations.

    Basic Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 12 years of combined Operations and ERPM consulting implementing experience. Experience must include:
    • Solid understanding of the ERPM functionality, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
    • Working knowledge of ERPM Modules, viz EBS R12 & Fusion (Oracle Core HR, Oracle Absence, Benefits, Recruitment, Learn, Performance management, Talent etc)
    • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements
    • Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, Advanced Degree like MBA HR is desirable

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • ERPM technology implementation (Oracle)
    • Experience with ERPM modules in EBS R12 & Fusion 
    • Products Industry experience (BFSI, Public Sector, Telecom, Retail, Professional Services)

    EMEA HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    We are looking for an experienced & talented strategic EMEA HR Business Partner to support some of our Applications leaders in EMEA (mostly in the ECEMEA region), acting as their trusted advisor & an integral part of their leadership team.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    Trusted Advisor:

    • Providing sound strategic advice to (Senior) Vice Presidents & Snr leaders across EMEA Applications, acting as their Trusted Advisor
    • Build effective relationships & contribute to the strategy of the organisation
    • Work closely with the leadership team, keeping close to their decision-making process to influence strategy development and anticipate people implications
    • Core member of the Leadership Team within the Business you support
    • Collaborate with EMEA HR, Local Country HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Finance and Business Operations teams

    Strategic Thinker:

    • Develop HR plans to support strategic fiscal year business plans, and drive implementation activities e.g.
      • Manage organisational restructure & change programmes as appropriate
      • Retention & Development activities of key employees  
      • Drive compensation planning activities
      • Reduction in Force management across multiple countries/legal jurisdictions in partnership with country HR teams
      • EMEA-wide projects related to the overall business strategy
      • Integration of acquired companies/employees

    Change Agent:

    • Support compensation processes (stock, bonus, salary budgets) in conjunction with Leadership and C&B.   
    • Drive Talent Management activity across the region working with Senior Leaders. Facilitate Talent Review Boards, Succession Planning, and identification of Leadership talent
    • Co-ordinate & manage senior level promotions
    • Educate Management on available HR tools, programs, resources that support their employees retention & development
    • Provide advice & opinion on Organisational Design

     

    Problem Solver:

    • Engage with Senior Stakeholders and local HR to resolve complex issues effectively i.e.
      • Retention of employees
      • Exit Strategies
      • Executive Recruitment
      • Structural changes impacting multiple countries
      • Snr Employee Relation issues

    Key Attributes/Skills:

    • Significant generalist HR experience (5+ years as a guide) working across multiple countries, preferably with experience in the IT sector & growth strategies in a dynamic talent marketplace
    • High energy, sense of optimism, curiosity, urgency and responsiveness is a must
    • Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to develop/maintain successful ‘account management’ type relationships 
    • Commercially driven with the ability to quickly gain credibility with Snr. executives by understanding the commercials of their sales business   
    • Ability to review and solve complex HR problems in multiple countries
    • Ability to create executive summaries, reports, process guidelines, documents/proposals etc
    • Flexible to travel (in EMEA)
    • Good Presentation skills (Fluent English essential, additional language(s) a plus)
    • Ability to lead and drive activities and projects across EMEA to successful, time bound outcomes.
    • Strong Team player – able to contribute through collaboration and create most effective solutions for business needs
    • Experience operating in an international environment
    • Results driven with a strong ‘can do’ attitude.

     Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

    Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
