JOB SUMMARY: Our Client, an Asset Management and Financial Services Issuing house company is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Specialist, who will be responsible for the preparation of quality transaction proposals, building strong financial models and preparation of preliminary financial review of prospects to ascertain viability of transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adept in Company Valuation

• Preparing documents for SEC related transaction

• Drafting and review of key transaction documents for issuances i.e., Prospectuses, Private Placement Memoranda etc.

• Conducting company/economic research

• Preparation of preliminary financial review of prospects to ascertain viability of transaction

• Structuring corporate finance mandates to meet specific transaction needs

• Coordinating the activities of other professional parties to a transaction

• Liaising with Regulatory authorities to obtain approvals

• Coordinating the transaction flow from structuring to financial close

• Supervision of the Post Offer compliance and housekeeping process

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Very strong analytical and numeric skills

• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point

• Good Understanding of macroeconomics and exposure to Research

• Strong written and oral communication

• Good Understanding of the Capital Market

• Proactive and requires limited supervision

• Strong managerial and leadership abilities

• Good Presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years hands-on, post-NYSC work experience in Corporate Finance.

• Professional Qualification: ACCA, ICAN, CFA Charter holder or Level 3 candidate will be an added advantage.

Location: Sango – Ota, Ogun State

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Animal Production and Health Science or Animal Nutrition.
• Work experience of 3 years in COMMERCIAL BROILER Managerial position with 30,000 Capacity and not less than 3 pen houses.
