    Loan Mobilizers

    Job Description

    A Loan Mobilizer plays a crucial role in promoting and facilitating loan products to potential borrowers, ensuring the achievement of lending targets, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. The primary responsibility is to mobilize and facilitate the disbursement of loans to eligible individuals

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively identify and engage potential borrowers within the assigned target market or geographical area
    • Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining eligibility criteria, required documentation, and terms and conditions
    • Assist clients in completing loan application forms and ensure all necessary information is provided.
    • Facilitate the disbursement of approved loans to eligible clients in accordance with established procedures.
    • Ensure clients understand the terms of the loan agreement, including repayment schedules and interest rates
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers to encourage timely repayments and foster client loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan mobilization targets set by the organization.
    • Implement strategies to maximize loan uptake and market penetration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, applications, and loan disbursements
    • Generate regular reports on loan mobilization activities and present findings to management

    Qualification and Experience

    • OND in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in sales or loan mobilization is compulsory
    • Familiarity with various loan products, interest rates, and repayment structures.
    • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients while ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding loan mobilization targets.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs and concerns.

    Area Sales Coordinator

    Job Description

    An Area Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of Ajo Collectors  within a specific geographical area. The primary responsibility is to ensure that Ajo collectors achieve their targets of acquiring at least 65 active Ajo savers monthly. Ajo collectors are individuals responsible for promoting and enrolling individuals into a savings and lending program known as Ajo

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop strategies to ensure Ajo collectors meet or exceed the target of acquiring a minimum of 65 active Ajo savers each month
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
    • Provide ongoing training and support to Ajo collectors to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to individual Ajo collectors.
    • Monitor the day-to-day activities of Ajo collectors, ensuring they adhere to sales processes and ethical standards.
    • Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, identifying trends, and presenting findings to higher management
    • Foster positive relationships with Ajo savers and address any customer concerns or issues promptly
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for Ajo savers
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Previous experience as a successful direct sales agent is crucial for this role
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a direct sales environment
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of Ajo collectors
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
    • Highly results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
