Job Purpose

• This function supports bill payment to vendors, employees, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the account payables function to ensure that corporate policies and contractual commitments are followed.
• Purchase transaction invoicing - Raw Materials and Haulage.
• Handles banking transfer processes and trade creditors’ reconciliation.
• Participation in stock count activities and monitor debit balances.
• Creditor Aging Analysis preparation/monitoring

Qualifications & Experience

• University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or any other related field.
• At least five years working experience in a similar role.
• Membership of ICAN, ACA is an added advantage.
• Required skills – strong numerical and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of NAV Dynamics or any other ERP software and Microsoft Excel

Job Purpose

• This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the cash office.

Responsibilities

• Keeps track of plant cash before depositing it in a bank or disbursing it.
• Ensure bank transfer notes, cash payment vouchers, and bank payment vouchers are all posted.
• Issuing cheques for properly authorized payments and remitting PAYE cheques to banks.
• Petty cash disbursement and daily bank transactions.
• Completion of monthly tax tracker report and issuance of receipts from sales proceeds as needed.
• Raising of debit notes monthly and stock count exercises.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or any other related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related roles
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of NAV Dynamics or any other ERP software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Excellent customer-service and people skills.
