    Experienced Medical Records Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • To Support the Director of Operations and OPD Manager in the strategic management of health records services at Evercare Hospital.
    • To Coordinate staff resources and processes for effective health records and patient administration.
    • To ensure secure maintenance and access to patient information within the hospital.
    • To Oversee information governance processes, providing support and on best practices for data protection, and ensuring compliance with general data protection regulations (HIPPA)

    Job Role

    • Coordinate resources within the Medical Records department, ensuring effective utilization within the allocated budget.
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Medical Records department, resolving issues related to the availability of patient records promptly and efficiently.
    • Assist in the continuous development of the Medical Records department to ensure management systems and processes meet the needs of all stakeholders. Actively seek user feedback for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating written policies and procedures relevant to the Medical Records department. Ensure that all policies align with directives such as the hospital policies, GDPR, HIPPA and the Information Governance Toolkit.
    • Lead the Medical Records department to ensure compliance with all national governance requirements, including hospital policies, GDPR, HIPAA and the Information Governance Toolkit related to the management of clinical records.
    • Lead the department in the continued implementation of Electronic Document
    • Produce and monitor monthly statistics concerning the availability and accuracy of medical records throughout the hospital.
    • Manage audits and performance management processes related to the content and management of medical records, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
    • Contribute to research and development efforts to enhance the service regularly.
    • Ensure adherence to the provisions of the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Complete annual Data Security Awareness training and promote data protection awareness within the department.
    • Work closely with the Audit team to ensure effective information governance. This includes offering advice and guidance to staff, attending the Information Governance Committee, providing reports, and supporting data protection and GDPR training and compliance efforts.

    Job Description:

    • Job Objectives: The role is responsible provision of primary diagnose, manage, and treat a patient’s hearing, balance, or related ear problems

    Main Tasks

    Job Objective:

    Medical Sonologist

    Job Objective:

    • The objective of this role is to perform ultrasonography and deliver excellent and quality care to patients with utmost respect and courtesy to give a satisfactory customer experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Clinical

    • Operate sonography equipment to record and produce images of the composition, shape and motion of organs, blood, tissues or bodily masses
    • Select the correct equipment settings and adjust to get the best angles and sites
