    Tele Sales Executive

    Job Purpose:

    The primary goal for the position of Tele sales lead is generating leads for the sales team. Continuously make contact with potential and existing customers by phone to inform them of the company's products, services and offers. Telesales agent will also receive phone calls of people responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the retail Business Unit in the design and development of applicable business strategies to upsell and onboard new customers.
    • Drive the retail telesales team to achieve the strategic business objectives.
    • Monitor and report the retail sales volume and customer performance with respect to Customers brought in through telemarketing.
    • Initiating and maintaining regular contacts with new and existing customers as to acquire new Sales.
    • Improve user awareness of eStream products and services through phone calls.
    • Manage user communication and escalating complaints and requests using defined procedures.
    • Enhance customer relationships, meeting organizational & operational objectives.
    • Support customers with their sales queries and Complaints by phone and e-mail.
    • Use of eStream approved defined processes in addressing customer enquiry, and related complaints.
    • Record all lead generated through eStream online platform on daily basis.
    • Develop reports on the weekly Telesales performance.

    Qualification and Experience

    • First degree or its equivalent in any Social Science, and Business-related discipline.
    • 3- 5 Years cognate experience as a Tele Sales or Customer Service roles.
    • Previous experience in ISP retail environment is an added advantage.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Strong Knowledge of inbound sales, online marketing, and telephone sales.  
    • Strong knowledge and experience in the use of CRM software. Alepo knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
    • Excellent knowledge on strategies to sell and upsell.
    • Experience negotiating contracts and managing long-term level B2C accounts.
    • Experience with customer databases.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation.
    • Relationship & People Management.
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

    • Percentage new Leads qualified.
    • Revenue vs Call cost ratio achieved.
    • Monthly Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
    • Daily / weekly calls made vs call target assigned
    • Sales Cycle time
    • Number of client complaint handled independently vs number escalated
    • Time to responding to customers’ feedback
    • Maintain quality of service indicated via customer feedback surveys

    Employment Type: 2 Years Contract subject to renewal based on performance

    Business Development/Sales Manager (Enterprise Business)

    Job Purpose:

    This job role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability, and directly making sales through; face to face meeting with customers at the customer's site, communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Head of Sales, contribute to development and implement Enterprise sales vision, strategies/plan and policies. 
    • Contribute to the design of the Product Road map to drive sales and revenue for the business.
    • Define strategies for delivering the revenue target for product i.e. acquisition, fulfillment and Support.
    • Appraise new product ideas and strategize on appropriate to-market plans. Maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge on current and future technologies and industry trends
    • Effective and timely planning of resources – human and material towards achieving set sales and revenue target and budget.
    • Assess client needs and promote suitable products
    • Meet with potential client’s decision-makers and provide information about eStream products.
    • Maintain Product sales volume, account management, Solution mix, and selling price by being current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Recommend adjustments in selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company, analyze consumer needs, current market trends, assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
    • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure success.
    • Drive the execution of products lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
    • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
    • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates eStream and its features across primary market segments.
    • Give weekly product sales performance report.

    Qualification and Experience

    • First degree or its equivalent in any Social Science, and Business-related discipline.

    Key Account Manager - Enterprise Business

    Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company. Lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. This role will also maintain and manage existing customer revenues and upsell where possible to increase profitability of the company

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Sales Manager and contribute to develop and implement corporate sales vision, strategies/plan, models and policies. 
    • Contribute to the design of the customer retention road map, to drive sales and revenue for the business.
