Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager at Cedarcrest Hospitals in Lagos.
- The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.
- The role includes coordinating and supervising nursing activities, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Nursing Management and Nursing skills
- Experience in Critical Care Medicine and Patient Care
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus
