Job Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Following up with prospects and existing customers on their needs.
• Manage sales, exhibitions and programs across territory
• Manage distributors by facilitating purchase orders and assessing products performance.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
• Provide periodic feedback/reports to the sales supervisor on all activities and efforts.
• Conducting market research and attending industry events where networking is possible.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and competitors

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND or equivalent.
• Must possess at least 1 year experience in the Food and Drug Industry
• Excellent selling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships

Job Brief

• Internal control is the system designed for monitoring and measuring Dios Dlite's resources, policies and procedures. The Internal Control Trainee will be responsible for increasing the operational efficiency of the company, detecting and eliminating fraud and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales, payments, purchases, procurement and accounting processes are void of fraud or error and ensure receipts, purchase orders, goods received notes, waybill/goods sent note and payment vouchers.
• Double-checking market prices sent by operations and keeping a record of changes.
• Cost control (credit limits and updating sales on overdue payments)
• Managing costs, reconcile procurement vs production vs supply/sales.
• Manage, monitor and update monthly pricing sheet and margins
• Recording daily and monthly payments by updating payments on ERP software and issuing receipts to suppliers.
• Generate and report on quarterly audit savings per review of payment requisitions.
• Conduct spontaneous and periodic count of petty cash and inventory and compare to system records.
• Ensure compliance to retirement of all cash advances per policy.
• Reviewing standard operating procedures. Identifying people and compliance Gaps and communicate to the Managing Director.
• Monthly Pricing update analysis based on price changes of materials.
