We are seeking a skilled SAP IS-Oil Consultant with 5+ years of SAP implementation experience in the Oil and Gas sector. JOB SUMMARY
The Surveillance CCTV Officer will be responsible for monitoring all systems related to CCTV, in a professional and efficient manner. He will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the security of the plant using the CCTV facility. He will also ensure integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance, with quality standards and legislation, whilst preserving the rights of the individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure effective monitoring of security using existing CCTV System in your area of responsibility.
- To operate and monitor all systems in the CCTV control room in an efficient manner and ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and codes of practice.
- To monitor the output of various CCTV cameras 24 X 7 X 365 and raise alerts and escalate if any security breach or potential security breach is noticed.
- To check the operational status of all cameras and report to E&M team if any is found not functional.
- To check periodically that the recording of all cameras is happening and report if it is not recording.
- To ensure CCTV footage recording back up is available for 45 days.
- To maintain necessary logs/incidents identified if any.
- To record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.
- To provide an efficient and courteous telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.
- To report equipment failure to the site supervisor to maximize operation of the system.
