    Creative Intern

    Required Qualifications/Skills

    • Recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, canva).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and monitoring tools.
    • Portfolio demonstrating solid writing, advertising and conceptual abilities. 
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of PR industry trends and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
    • Basic knowledge of media relations and journalist etiquette.

    Creative Associate

    Job Description

    • Ensure creatives aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
    • Delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Work closely with designers, copy writers, and other creative professionals to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative campaigns.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
    • Ensure creative assets meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the creative team remains innovative and competitive.
    • Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Communications.
    • Proven experience in a creative role, demonstrating successful project delivery.
    • Proven 2-3 years experience in a PR agency. This must appear clearly on your CV. This is very important please
    • Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting, and multimedia production.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in creative software and tools
    • Must be Smart and trendy 
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Additional Information

    • Remuneration is 100 - 130k
    • Mode of work - Hybrid
