    Internal Auditor

    Job Description

    Responsible for the review of the organization's business processes. Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place. Ensuring that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage stakeholder relationships with regulatory and government agencies, shareholders, registrars, local and international organizations etc, and fulfil all of the company’s reporting and continuing obligations to these bodies/agencies.
    • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
    • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
    • Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
    • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
    • Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
    • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
    • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions

    Educational Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/finance.
    • 10 years of cognate work experience in relevant functional areas such as Finance, Audit, and corporate governance, etc.
    • Knowledge and Skills:

    Videographer/Drone Driver

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Drone Operator to join our team! You will take photos, film videos, and fly drones to make sure every home is shown in the best way possible. MUST HAVE PRIOR REAL ESTATE PHOTO EXPERIENCE

    • Develop and maintain image library files-
    • Responsible for producing video content for marketing, advertising, and promotional activities at assigned company events and functions.
    • Takes steps to measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of our companies, through various goals and objectives. 
    • Operates video cameras and related equipment in the production and editing of video for all promotional activities.
    • Assists the Media Production Manager with various tasks, responsibilities, and projects.

    Job details

    • Highly Proficient in the use of professional-grade digital cameras
    • Highly Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
    • Design, transport, set up, and operation of production equipment in the studio or on-site
    • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in all facets of video production including cinematography, color correction/grading, producing, storytelling, photo stitching, and editing, directing, motion graphics, video editing, and final optimization.
    • Must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, and able to perform duties as assigned
    • Effectively manage time and schedules, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Be passionate, and willing to take feedback and learn.
    • Willing to travel and occasionally work nights and weekends
    • Assists the Media Production Manager with various tasks and responsibilities.

     Education and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience
    • FAA Part 107 certification Drone Operations (will be a plus)

    Job Description

    • The Digital Media & Communications Manager will be expected to oversee the overall Branding, Marketing, and Communications direction within the Media arm of the organization, actively participating in developing Media, Marketing & Communications strategy to advance the objectives of the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop creative marketing and communication strategies in line with the organization’s objectives;
    • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy;
    • Oversee responsibilities for media buying, advert placement, and billboards installations;
    • Plan and manage media schedule, content creation, and distribution;

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree relevant course.
    • A Master’s degree would be an added advantage
    • At least 5-7 years relevant experience in a similar position i.e. Marketing, PR and Communications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent understanding in how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase visibility, profile and reputation of an organisation
    • Good understanding of the use of social media.

    • Ability to conduct robust research
    • Strong management and leadership skills
    • Demonstrable project management skills
    • Proficient in the use of IT systems
