As a Teller, you will manage customer transactions, ensure an efficient and smooth checkout process, and contribute to the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude, creating a positive shopping environment.
• ⁠Accurately process customer purchases using the cash register or POS system to ensure correct totals and discounts.
• ⁠Efficiently handle various forms of payments including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. 
• ⁠Double-check that items and prices on customers\' receipts match their selections, ensuring accuracy during the checkout process.
• ⁠Offer assistance to customers with product queries, including sizing, materials, and styling recommendations, while keeping up with store inventory and fashion trends.
• ⁠Address customer complaints, returns, and exchanges with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• ⁠Keep the checkout area neat, tidy, and organized, providing a pleasant shopping experience.
• ⁠Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of cashier or retail experience, preferably in a fashion or customer-focused environment.
• ⁠Strong ability to handle transactions with precision, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management.
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• ⁠A genuine interest in fashion and product knowledge is a plus!
• Residents of Lekki or the Island area are preferred but not compulsory.

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring the store maintains its high standards of customer service and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, as well as cash reconciliation.
• Supervise a team of sales associates and cashiers.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Oversee all aspects of customer service, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, sales events, and product launches to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care.
• Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and place orders accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a team, with a strong ability to lead by example.
• Deep commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience and resolving issues effectively.
• A solid understanding of fashion trends, products, and customer preferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and corporate management.
• Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
