    Program Management - Mobility Business

    • The Program Management role is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and monitoring of business transformation programs. This includes identifying risks, streamlining processes, ensuring operational excellence, and providing insights that enable effective decision-making. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that enhance business performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business transformation initiatives in the mobility sector
    • Ensure programs are aligned with strategic objectives and executed within timelines and budget
    • Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose mitigation strategies for improvement
    • Collaborate with business units to develop tools and solutions that improve efficiency and operational excellence
    • Monitor and report program risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
    • Provide regular reports, recommendations, and insights to leadership to guide decision-making
    • Assess program performance against metrics such as budget adherence, milestone achievement, and risk management
    • Support team coordination, talent development, and performance management within the program structure

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
    • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable
    • Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies and best practices
    • 5-10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business intelligence, product development, or strategic planning (experience in multinational or FMCG environments is an advantage)
    • Strong financial analysis, interpretation, and reporting skills
    • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and drive results

    Legal, Compliance & ESG - Mobility Business

    Job Description

    • This position is responsible for implementing ESG and compliance frameworks, conducting assessments of projects and investments, monitoring sustainability trends, and driving continuous improvement in governance practices. Successful candidates will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Bank’s operations remain compliant, transparent, and sustainable.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and interpret ESG standards, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
    • Conduct ESG and compliance risk assessments of investment proposals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support green financing initiatives.
    • Monitor sustainability and compliance trends, recommending strategies for improvement.
    • Track and analyze ESG performance metrics, preparing regular reports and disclosures.
    • Support the preparation of annual sustainability reports and regulatory submissions.
    • Facilitate internal and external compliance audits.
    • Engage stakeholders on ESG and compliance matters.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
    • Professional membership/certification in ESG, Compliance, or Risk Management is an added advantage.
    • 3–8 years’ progressive experience in ESG reporting, compliance, governance, or sustainability.
    • Strong knowledge of ESG principles, compliance regulations, and reporting frameworks.
    • High ethical standards, integrity, and sound judgment.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

    As part of the Mobility Business Technology team, you will:

    • Oversee or support the development and launch of new technology-driven products or features.

    • Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.
    • Provide training and knowledge-sharing on new technologies within the business.
    • Support business development by articulating the value of technology solutions to stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
    • Professional certifications such as ISACA, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
    • Practical knowledge and experience with IoT, AI, AGI, Blockchain technology, systems, and API integration.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, financial/technical analysis, and strategic thinking.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in technology strategy, product development, or business intelligence.
