    Business Development Manager

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Team's loan origination borrowing rmbilization, interest income, and Profit Before Tax (PBT) performance.
    • The role requires a strong leader who can motivate, coordinate, and inspire team members to consistently deliver on set targets while maintaining sound risk and credit standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive loan origination and portfolio growth in line with approved targets
    • Mobilize borrowäng and investment funds to support business grovvth
    • Grow and manage the Team's interest income and PBT portfolio
    • Provide leadership, motivation, and strategic direction to team members
    • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business KPIs
    • Work dosely with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Recovery teams to ensure portfolio quality
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in business development, lending, or financial services
    • Proven track record in loan origination and income generation
    • Strong leadership and people-management skills
    • Good understanding of credit, risk management, and financial products
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

    Executive Assistant to the Chairman

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3—5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
