    QA/QC Materials Officer

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a QA/QC Materials Officer to join our team.
    • This role ensures that all materials procured meet required specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturers, OEMs, and the procurement team to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspect and verify materials received or about to be procured to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Review and confirm that Purchase Orders (POs) match material specifications.
    • Liaise with manufacturers and OEMs to validate product quality and certifications.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and quality checks.
    • Report findings and recommendations to the Procurement Manager.
    • Ensure all materials comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming materials.
    • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of QA/QC standards and material specifications in the oil & gas industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with vendors and OEMs.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with procurement and operations teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC or materials inspection (oil & gas experience preferred).

    Project Engineer (Pipeline)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Pipeline) with at least 5 years of experience in pipeline projects.
    • The ideal candidate will manage engineering and project execution while also contributing to business development by bringing in new opportunities for pipeline projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for pipeline projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Design & Technical Oversight: Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
    • Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues during project execution.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate project documentation for stakeholders.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to pipeline projects; build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
    • Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong technical knowledge of pipeline engineering and project management.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client engagement and business development.
    • Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Pipeline Engineering.
    • 5+ years of experience in pipeline projects within the oil & gas sector.
    • Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Business development experience in pipeline projects is a plus.
