Job Description:

• We are looking for a motivated and talented Graduate Architect Intern to join our dynamic architectural team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts.
• Participate in project planning and design phases while working alongside senior architects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs comply with local regulations and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations for client meetings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• First-class Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (recent graduates or Corps members with a first class in architecture are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements
