    Estate Officer

    REQUIREMENTS

    • HND/ Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant post-degree experience.
    • Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
    • Not more than 27 years of age

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring smooth functioning.
    • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various services.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of property-related activities.
    • Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly.Collaborate with legal teams for lease agreements and dispute resolution.
    • Implement and enforce estate rules and regulations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of post-call experience.
    • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
