Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliation, fixed asset register and administrative services to meet organizational and statutory requirements. Ensures financial accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards, and provides critical insights into inventory-related financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
2. Monthly retirements 
3. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. 
4. Monitor company budgets and expenditures. 
5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits. 
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. 
7. Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters. 
8. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Account Officer, Accountant, or in a similar role.
3.  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Qualifications and Skills: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
2.  Certification in occupational health and safety.
3. Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
4.  In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
5.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7.  Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
