    Maintenance Manager

    Proforce Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our mechanical, electrical, and power generation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in diesel generator repairs, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment maintenance, while effectively leading a team to ensure maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimal downtime. The successful candidate must be proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high maintenance standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and coordinate servicing, overhauls, and repairs to minimize operational downtime.
    • Perform diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair of diesel generators to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
    • Install, commission, and test generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and related electrical components.
    • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of diesel generators and power distribution systems.
    • Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
    • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan for missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively. 
    • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner.
    • Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.
    • Conduct routine inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
    • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes without disrupting operations.
    • Monitor fuel consumption, generator efficiency, and maintenance trends to optimize operating costs.
    • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
    • Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works 
    • Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. 
    • Minimum of 8 years relevant post-graduation experience.
    • At least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical utilities.
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision-making
    • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical utilities.
    • Strategic thinking and strong execution skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS is an advantage).
    • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
    • Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

    Technical Competencies

    The successful candidate should have practical experience in:

    • Diesel generator maintenance and repairs (Perkins, Cummins, CAT, FG Wilson, etc.) 
    • Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
    • Electrical installations and power distribution systems 
    • Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and synchronization panels 
    • Proven experience repairing and servicing diesel generators (e.g., Perkins, Cummins, CAT, FG Wilson, SDMO, etc.).
    • HVAC systems (an added advantage) 
    • Pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment 
    • Reading electrical and mechanical drawings 
    • Maintenance planning using CMMS or maintenance software 
    • Occupational Health & Safety practices

    CCTV Operator

    Job Summary

    The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities. This is a full-time onsite role, requiring constant monitoring of CCTV cameras, prompt incident reporting, and collaboration with the security team to maintain a secure working environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Surveillance Monitoring

    • Monitor live CCTV feeds across the factory, offices, warehouses, and surrounding premises.
    • Detect and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
    • Track movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles within the facility.

    Incident Reporting & Response

    • Record and report all incidents, irregularities, and security breaches.
    • Escalate issues promptly to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities.
    • Retrieve and review recorded footage when required for investigations.

    System Operation & Maintenance

    • Operate CCTV systems, recording equipment, and related surveillance tools.
    • Ensure proper functioning of cameras, monitors, and recording systems.
    • Report faults or technical issues to maintenance or IT teams.

    Access Control Support

    • Monitor entry and exit points via surveillance systems.
    • Support enforcement of access control procedures.
    • Assist in verifying visitor and staff movement when necessary.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Maintain logs of surveillance activities and incidents.
    • Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of recorded footage.
    • Comply with company policies and security protocols.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE; OND or relevant certification is an added advantage.
    • 2–4 years’ experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role.
    • Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance software, and monitoring equipment.
    • Good observation and attention to detail.
    • Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Good communication and reporting skills.
    • Must be available to work onsite on a full-time basis, including shifts if required.
