    Stock Analyst

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Stock Analyst to join our dynamic investment research team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth equity and fixed-income research, developing robust financial models, and generating actionable investment insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • This role demands a sharp mind, a keen understanding of market trends, and a passion for leveraging technology and data tools in financial analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of stocks, sectors, and market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.
    • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF valuations, comparable company analysis, and scenario forecasting.
    • Evaluate company financial statements and economic indicators to assess the health and potential of businesses.
    • Apply theoretical frameworks such as the Efficient Market Hypothesis to guide research methodologies.
    • Generate high-quality research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Utilize Python for data analysis and automation of research processes.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present complex data in a clear and engaging format.
    • Monitor portfolio performance and assist in asset allocation and risk analysis.
    • Stay abreast of financial markets, economic news, emerging technologies, and AI applications relevant to the financial sector.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
    • Proven experience in stock analysis, financial modeling, or investment research.
    • Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation, particularly in discounted cash flow (DCF) techniques.
    • Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, macroeconomics, and capital markets.
    • High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
    • Advanced knowledge of Python for financial data analysis and model automation.
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
    • Basic understanding of software coding concepts and familiarity with AI tools and their applications in finance.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

    Trust Advisor

    Location: Abuja (FCT) 

    Job Summary

    • The Trust Advisor will play a critical role in advising clients on trust and estate planning strategies, establishing and managing various trust structures, and ensuring regulatory compliance and effective fiduciary oversight.
    • The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of trust law, client relationship management, and private wealth structuring.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Structure and manage trust arrangements in line with client objectives, tax efficiency, and legal requirements
    • Draft and review trust deeds, wills, and related legal documents in conjunction with legal advisors
    • Serve as a liaison between clients, beneficiaries, legal representatives, and internal teams
    • Conduct trust and estate planning sessions with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients
    • Ensure full regulatory compliance with SEC, CAC, and applicable trust laws and guidelines
    • Monitor and review trust performance, oversee disbursements, and ensure fiduciary duties are upheld
    • Support product development, including trust-based investment and estate planning solutions
    • Deliver presentations and represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and estate planning events

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Estate Management, or related field (LLB, BSc, or equivalent)
    • A professional certification in trust, wealth, or estate planning is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth management, or estate planning.
    • Sound knowledge of Nigerian trust laws, estate planning structures, probate procedures, and compliance frameworks
    • Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, particularly with high-net-worth clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; trust accounting systems experience is a plus
    • Demonstrated experience with complex trust structures, including corporate or diaspora trusts.
    • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities concurrently
