• Assist in managing inventory controls.
• Retirement of Imprest, lubricants, diesel and petrol.
• Monthly report on Materials on site
• Assist in displaying products and materials in an easy-to-locate manner.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in running day –to- day task at site and in the Head Office.
• Manage inventory Control.
• Handles safely and delicately the items and product in store.

Requirement:

• A minimum of Degree/HND in Accounts or related field.
• Must possess at least 3 years Cognate work experience.
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
• Ability to adhere to basic safety precautions.
• Ability to pay attention to details.

• Maintain a documented system of Accounting Policies and Procedures.
• Manage outsourced function e.g. the audit Process.
• Assist in overseeing the operations of the Accounting Department including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives.
• Assist in overseeing the Accounting Operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operation, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable.
• Ensure that all accounts receivable are processed and collected promptly.
• Issue timely and complete financial statements.
• Coordinates the preparation of the monthly Management report and corporate annual report.
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of Company operations.

Requirement:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; at least 7 years cognate experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex budget in a multi-faceted higher education setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Provides work control lines and elevations are required for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff i.e forms for concrete pours, anchor bolts, piping hangers and supports, etc.
• Reviews digital survey information, field notes and sketches to determine what the information is indicating and what approach needs to be taken to create a comprehensive plan.
• Prepares cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved.
• Prepares cost plans analysis design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Prepares tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Controls all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
• Monitors and keeps track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and final account.
