    Business Risk Manager - Merchant & Inclusion

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supports in driving the entrenchment of Risk Culture and Enterprise risk management, strategy, and objective-setting enterprise-wide
    • Supports in strengthening the Enterprise Risk Management Framework organization-wide and particularly for the Merchant & Financial Inclusion Groups
    • Develops and ensures the implementation of Risk Management Policies and Processed
    • Risk assessment: Conduct enterprise, ad-hoc, product and third-party risk assessments on Business Lines, new & existing Products and Services; Vendors and Third-party service providers in line with certification, leading practice, and regulatory standards expectations
    • Maintains working and up-to-date Risk Register, RCSA organization-wide and particularly for the Merchant & Financial Inclusion Groups
    • Ensures new and existing products comply with set baselines before go-live
    • Merchants and Agents risk & compliance oversight on new and existing relationships
    • Develops risk awareness presentations and conducts same across Business Lines to promote and raise risk management culture and awareness in the organization
    • Provides risk expert advisory services on new initiatives and existing business relationships
    • Develops and operates Risk Key Performance Indicators and Risk Analytics
    • Supports oversight relating to Data Protection regulations and processes
    • Supports risk management activities in regional countries and subsidiaries
    • Develops Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for proactive risk monitoring organization-wide and particularly for the Merchant & Financial Inclusion Groups
    • Prepares Risk Management reports for Department, Group, Senior Management and Risk Committee and the Board
    • Monitors and Reports Operational losses, Claims, and Refunds; Engages concerned Business groups to perform root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in the future. When necessary, refer to Internal Audit for investigation.

    Academic Qualification(s)

    • Candidates should possess a First Degree in a numerate discipline - Economics, Social Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics etc.

    Experience (Number of relevant years):

    • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Risk Management in Technology, Financial or Payment industries.

    • CRISC
    • RIMAN

    Human Resources Information System Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within the organization.
    • This role focuses on optimizing HRIS functionality, automating HR processes, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data management using Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provides technical and functional support in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 & future versions administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, development, testing, security & training.
    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimal performance.
    • Work closely with team members to complete the ongoing Dynamics AX 2012 migration to Dynamics 365 modules.
    • Work closely with team members and the lead developer to improve AX/D365 system.
    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze existing processes and workflows, identify pain points, and propose automated solutions.
    • Design and configure workflows, notifications, and approvals within the HRIS system to streamline HR processes, such as employee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Designs and develops Dynamics 365 projects and customizations to meet the requirements specified in the Business - Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Document
    • Participates in design and code reviews and provides input into the design recommendation and ensures that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
    • Performs unit tests and integrated testing to ensure delivered solutions are of high quality.
    • Routinely moves code between environments utilizing best practices
    • Collaborates with business analysts, other programmers, and internal users to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Integrations and the Dynamics AX/D365 application
    • Identifies and escalates impediments, issues, and risks affecting system performance to team lead and immediate supervisor
    • Performs coding changes and development according to established coding standards and best practices.
    • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and implementing data quality controls.
    • Develop and maintain HRIS data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, and ensure data security and privacy compliance.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance system efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using the HRIS system to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and improve data accuracy.

    Academic Qualification(s)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably with experience in managing and configuring an ERP-based HRIS system.
    • Ideal candidate should have some prior experience in both Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O
    • Experience with X++, SSRS, and MS SQL Server while also being proficient with AX database structure, coding, and development techniques.
    • Proficiency in HR processes and data management.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Job Summary

    • The Security Architect is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and assessing the security systems within an organization’s IT network.
    • He/she is expected to have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems, authentication protocols, best practice security products, etc.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategy & Planning:

    • Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.

    • Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solutions.
    • Define objectives, technical work, and timeline for developing asset-management security architectures, roadmaps, and requirements.
    • Communicate progress, findings, and ensure successful handoff of deliverables to program and operational teams;
    • Develop security architectures, roadmaps, and requirements for asset-management-specific security systems.
    • Provide thought leadership by participating in network and security forums.
    • Develop automation capabilities to enable business processes.
    • Help build security into infrastructure and architecture designs and guide the implementation with the operations team.
    • Develop and implement enterprise-wide and cross-functional integration solutions.

    Position Requirements
    Formal Education & Certification:

    • University Degree in the field of Computer Science or STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

    Knowledge & Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design, information security and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure security and operations.
    • Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability
    • Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
    • Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions.
    • Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management, or related technologies.
    • Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures.
