    Job Title: Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness both inside and outside on a daily basis
    • Ensuring prompt servicing of vehicles when needed through vehicle maintenance personnel.
    • Keeping track of general maintenance schedules, like car tyre condition, car papers renewals, oil gauge etc.
    • Ensuring the safety of those who are travelling with him/ her in the vehicle.
    • Must exercise defensive driving skills while on the road to prevent accident.
    • Must observe strict company rules, regulation and policies.
    • Performing any other task that may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • At least six (6) years of experience as a driver
    • A valid Nigerian Driver's license with an excellent driving record
    • Excellent knowledge of routes and road signs.
    • Good communication skills; should be able to read and write
    • Must be reliable, punctual, time conscious and flexible.
    • Experience in driving a top executive.

    Job brief Senior HR Generalist

    We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join and lead our Human Resources department.

    Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

    Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

    Objectives of this role

    • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
    • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and on-going reports for company requirements
    • Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company
    • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
    • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
    • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
    • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
    • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
    • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources.
    • Proven success working in an HR department for not less than 5 years period.
    • Resourceful mind-set and strong attention to detail
    • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
    • MSc degree in HR or relevant HR professional body certification is a plus

    Job Title: Security Guard

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable, professional security guard to patrol and monitor activities in the said location.
    • In this position, you will prevent theft, violence, and infraction of rules by maintaining a highly visible presence and preventing all illegal or inappropriate actions.
    • You must detect, deter, observe, and report all issues to increase overall safety in the facility.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Security Supervisor

    Job Title: Security Supervisor

    Job Description

    • To supervise, assign and review the work of staff responsible for patrol services and emergency response in assigned area of responsibility.
    • Prepares analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities, including weekly report
    • To supervise the guard force and ensure smooth facility operations in the Estate.
    • Evaluate, assess and analyse performance of security personnel.
    • Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.

    Education and Experience

    • Must have at least OND or High School Degree will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience.
    • Knowledge of state laws and regulations (a plus).
    • Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
    • Working knowledge of enforcement policies and procedures.
    • Working knowledge of safety equipment.
