    Fleet Coordinator

    We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet coordinator to manage, supervisor, and as well ensure our pool of fleets  which includes but not limited to drivers across the various business line and sectors basically in Lagos, are well coordinated for effective delivery of services, safety and compliance.

    The location of this operation will be on the Island as the take off point but knowledge of the mainland routes will be an added advantage.

    Job Responsibilities;

    • Coordinate and oversee the day to day route operation of the company\\\'s vehicle by ensuring expected standards and optimal performance.
    • Drive leadership by ensuring gaps are close in terms of control and procedures
    • Prepare report as regards to the vehicle repairs and maintenance
    • Ensure compliance and make sure all the vehicles are in good form in terms of permits, driver\\\'s certification and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure that all the drivers are trained on the bases expected in terms of the local environment  route knowledge, signs and as well, symbols.
    • Investigate and report incidents and as well, recommend actions required for efficient service delivery.
    • Perform any other relevant roles for optimal performance.

    Experience: 1-3 years

    Safety Officer

    Our client is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join a leading FMCG Manufacturing Company in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments within the facility.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company policies.
    • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
    • Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety standards.
    • Maintain accurate safety records and prepare periodic HSE reports.
    • Coordinate emergency response activities and safety drills.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
    • Professional HSE certifications (HSE 1, 2 & 3) are required.
    • Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
    • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
