Overall Job Objective:                               

To plan and direct a seamless process flow in the operations of fund allotment, sale & valuation.

Duties and Responsibilities                        

• Design policies & oversee process reviews.
• Ensure proper client onboarding, & mandate change/update are done within stipulated timelines.
• Integrate and implement new technological processes.
• Oversee the reconciliations of accounts.
• Ensure prompt crediting of customers’ accounts as value is received.
• Ensure proper guidance, feedback and prompt treatment of clients requests.
• Ensure client satisfaction & retention.
• Oversee fund valuation & price confirmation.
• Prepare update reports on the activities of the unit for management.
• Other duties as assigned by your Line Manager

Key Requirements: 

• BSc in Accounting, or related discipline. 
• 6- 8 years professional experience in the financial industry. 
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Passionate, hungry, and eager to build FSDH AM into a world class institution.
• High professional and ethical standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and can easily adapt to change and re-prioritize.

Responsibilities:

• Write highly efficient clean and usuable code.
• Design and implement cloud-based distributed systems.
• Stay educated on existing, emerging technologies and deliver POCs to evaluate technology development towards service modernization and capabilities enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams and disciplines and actively participates in improvements in engineering.
• Take part in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write quality code to develop functional web applications
• Debug applications and detect and fix errors
• Work together with Front-end Developers to integrate UI elements with server-side logic
• Help to create reusable code and libraries for future use
• Interact with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Gain an understanding of FSDH Fairpay businesses and the varied processes along with their outcomes and collaborate with all stakeholders to contribute to a cohesive set of capabilities built to deliver frictionless experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience as a back-end developer
• Solid experience with dotNET Core programming language
• Good understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) and application lifecycle
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Good teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Be able to translate problem-solving techniques into code and have test-driven development mindset.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative skills and/or practical experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build high-trust relationships
• Passionate, hungry, and eager to build FSDH into a world-class financial supermarket
