    Retail Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    • Good market knowledge of products
    • Communicating to customers the features and range of products
    • Analysis of needs and expectations from markets.
    • Ability to build and develop a business line in the retail markets, merchandising activities,
    • promotions etc to create brand awareness
    • Good relationships and contacts with reputable retail stores and having the ability to kick start business.
    • Utilization of all forms of social media marketing
    • Spreading the brand visibility in many outlets by creating new accounts for new business

    Qualifications:

    • HND/BSc in any discipline but a background in Sciences is an added advantage
    • 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience. Adequate training will be provided
    • Presentable and with good communication skills
    • Ability to work equally on own initiative and as part of a team
    • Ability to work accurately under pressure
    • Candidates with FMCG experience in retailing and marketing to open market and distributors will be an added advantage

    Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social
    • media
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

    Requirements:

    • First degree in any discipline but a degree in Civil Engineering/Building Tech, is an added
    • advantage
    • 0 – 3 years of experience required
    • Must be smart, trainable, and passionate about sales
    • Must possess a can-do attitude
    • Good communication skills
