    Head Technical

     Job Description

    • Are you an Oil & Gas Technical specialist interested in joining a fast paced, challenging, exciting and rewarding organization? Here is an opportunity I believe you would be interested in, below are the few responsibilities:
    • You will provide technical leadership and support for company’s oil and gas development projects and provide strategic oversight for drilling and exploration activities.
    • You will be responsible for directing the company’s technical plans and deploying all company’s engineering and technical solutions as well as developing, designing and seeking continuous improvement of the production systems.
    • You will coordinate multi-disciplinary technical team including: Geologists, Geophysicists, Reservoir Engineers, Facilities Engineers and Production Technologists

    The Successful Applicant
    For the successful Head Technical, you will have;

    • First Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
    • Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, with at least 10 years in a supervisory/ managerial role
    • Extensive hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of E&P, drilling and gas operations and /or engineering knowledge

    Head Finance

     Job Description

    • Ensure sound accounting policies and practices are developed and applied consistently across the business
    • The management and Reconciliation of all Organization JVs Receivable and Payable accounts.
    • Ensure an effective control and governance environment is created and embedded within the financial reporting function in line with the Company policy and procedures
    • Create and maintain effective relations between the finance team and relevant stakeholders, Reporting, Tax Services, Auditors, etc

    For the successful Head Finance, you will have;

    • Degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Qualified Accountant and knowledge of Joint Ventures Accounting process in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Minimum of 15years finance experience in upstream oil & gas with at least 10years in JV accounting
    • Relevant certifications such as ACCA, ACA
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Accounting Reporting Packages such as SAGE,SUN

    HSSE Lead

     Job Description

    • Are you a HSSE Specialist interested in joining a fast paced, challenging, exciting and rewarding organization? Here is an opportunity I believe you would be interested in, below are the few responsibilities:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the HSSE management system and progress against the Organization HSSE Performance Standards. Make recommendations for improvement where appropriate
    • Contribute towards developing annual HSSE objectives for location. Monitor and report on the implementation and effectiveness
    • Assist with the identification of HSSE training needs and monitor delivery and recording
    • Monitor and report on the implementation of the approved HSSE objectives
    • Produce HSSE performance reports as required
    • Alert line and functional management promptly to significant accidents and incidents. Where appropriate, be involved in the investigation and ensure that the findings are reported and appropriately shared
    • Review accident and incident reports. Identify any trends and ensure that there is appropriate response to prevent future occurrence
    • Carry out audits/reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with processes/legislation

    For the successful HSSE Lead, you will have;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 15years relevant experience in upstream oil & gas
    • Relevant HSSE certification (NEBOSH, OSHA)
    • In-depth knowledge of HSSE legislation and best practice
    • Evident experience in management of Hazard Identification and Control planning.

    Project Manager (Gas Turbine)

     Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the site’s operating and emergency procedures
    • Develop reporting and trending tools and processes to support internal customer needs
    • Support technical inquiries as required from customer and related agencies.
    • Assist in implementation of safety and environmental programs including overseeing proper operation of the plant.
    • Assist in the development and execution of outage work, reporting, development and implementation of maintenance programs.
    • Assist as required in daily operations to diagnose and resolve system-operating problems. Initiate & implement required modification and retrofit projects.
    • Develop operational objectives consistent with achieving maximum plant efficiency to meet customer requirements in the most safe, reliable, economical and environmentally safe manner.
    • Prepare and submit KPI for the turbine plants.

    Qualification & Requirements

    • B.sc/HND in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering with at least five years of prior management experience in the handling of turbine plant operations.
    • Good knowledge of Installation, operations and maintenance of equipment mentioned above.
    • Relevant Professional Qualification
    • Masters degree (MBA) in Plant Maintenance Management shall be an added advantage

    Geophysicist

     Job Description

    Pipeline Engineer

    Job Description
