The HEMM Operators Training Programme is designed to develop safe, skilled, and competent operators for mining operations with a target of providing a ready pool of well-trained candidates to take up positions as Dangote Cement certified mines HEMM Operators.
Programme Overview
The training programme will combine behavioural screening, safety training, classroom instruction, simulations, workshops, and intensive field practice to prepare participants for effective and safe operation of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
The training duration is 6 months.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must possess the following:
- Secondary School Leavers with minimum of 5 Credit pass including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO)
- Technical college graduates with national technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB or Trade Test I, II, III.
- Age limit must be between 22 to 35 years old.
- Valid means of identification
