    Senior Finance Analyst

    Job Description

    • The Finance Analyst is responsible for executing financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliation, reporting and operational metrics tracking for financial decision making purposes.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
    • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
    • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
    • Work closely with the chief financial officer to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
    • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
    • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
    • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
    • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
    • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
    • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
    • Financial audits, bank statements reconciliation
    • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
    • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
    • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience
    • 5 - 6 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
    • Knowledge of and experience using MiFos and BankOne core Banking apps is HIGHLY desired
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Experience and good knowledge and use of MiFos is an advantage
    • Exposure in the banking sector, MFB or a financial services company.

    Deposit Mobilization Officer

    Job Description

    • Building and managing strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers, serving as the single point of contact for new business as well existing portfolios.
    • Drive deposit mobilization for the bank.
    • Develop and implement a sales plan for identified target customers with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the company.
    • Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and private individual clients and individual depositors
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
    • Ensure fixed deposit account opening form is duly completed and registered.
    • Advice client of deposit status.
    • Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products together with the Business Development to achieve the overall deposit targets.
    • Liaise with Deposit Mobilization Team Lead to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the depositors and the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing and any other related course
    • 3 years minimum experience as deposit mobilization officer

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Technical and soft skills
    • Relevant experience in a Microfinance or commercial bank is highly required
    • Target and results-oriented and willing to take responsibilities.

    Loan Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively approach customers to promote and sell the bank's SME products as well as other bankservices.
    • Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
    • Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
    • Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities.
    • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
    • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is typically required.
    • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
    • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems, including banking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
